Feasibility Studies
Feasibility Studies
How do you make your dream project become a reality? Most wise business people start with a feasibility study. It answers the basic question: will your project work? There is no "cookie cutter" solution or answer to the question. There is no "vendor" of equipment who will give you the answer...just the bill for their product. Our feasibility studies are LOCATION and CONTENT specific and OBJECTIVE. We give you our professional opinion based on 40 years designing, building, operating and budgeting projects and IF YOUR IDEA WON'T WORK WE WILL RECOMMEND ONE THAT WILL, IN YOUR MARKET AND FOR YOUR BUDGET.
Here's just a few of the questions a TFC feasibility study answers:
- How much should you invest?
- How big should it be?
- What is the best location?
- Will you make a profit and how much?
- What will your attendance be?
- And much more--see article below:

What is a feasibility study? And why do one?
Virtually every large, successful theme park, starting with the original Disneyland in 1955, and most successful hotels and resorts start the design process with a feasibility study. But why? Here are a few answers:
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
A good feasibility study starts by assessing whether the intended location is suitable for the project. You could have a great idea, but be building it in the wrong place.
Disney, designer of the most successful theme parks and resorts in the world, provides the best examples of good and bad location selection.
